If you have a tax arrears without your cause, e.g. due to the deteriorating market situation or secondary insolvency, you will not be able to set up a new company. In this case, we also offer a solution where we can establish a new s.r.o. without any problems. This ownership structure will not only ensure the smooth establishment of a Slovak limited liability company with a tax backlog, but will also provide a high degree of protection for the ownership of the Slovak s.r.o. before any enforcement or enforcement proceedings against the beneficial owner of the company
