If you decide to use one of the services offered by our company, the whole process proceeds as follows:

1. The first step in the establishment of companies is the drafting of the Deed of Foundation, respectively. social contract. We will prepare this list no later than the next business day after you send us all the information you require. The identity of the signatories must be officially verified.
2. After you have written the foundation deed, you do not have to do any work, since when establishing a s.r.o. You are represented by our company in the next steps. On your behalf, we will announce trades to the trade licensing department of the relevant district office in the district in which the company will have its registered office. Upon notification of a trade it is necessary to pay administrative fees for the issue of a trade license in the amount of EUR 5, - for a license for free trade or in the amount of EUR 15, - for a license for a craft or tied trade. Issued trade certificates must be taken over and waived the right of appeal, so that the trade certificates become immediately effective. After issuing the Certificate of Trade License, we will then represent you before the competent district court in the matter of filing an application for registration of the company in the Commercial Register. After the registration of the company in the Commercial Register we will deliver a confirmation of the registration s.r.o. to the Commercial Register, as well as an initial statement that will prove the existence of a new company.
